How it Works

1. Teacher initiates communication: Teacher contacts MYAITA.ORG Team Representative via email, text, image sharing, or phone call.

4. Timely response: MYAITA.ORG Team Representative promptly acknowledges request(s) and commits to the teacher's needs by gathering the necessary resources or preparing the requested materials within a reasonable timeframe (with the help of A.I. usually within minutes during business hours).
5. Delivery to the teacher: MYAITA.ORG Team Representative uploads them onto a portal system, in a well organized manner, from which the teacher may easily retrieve.
6. Ongoing support: If further assistance or clarifications are required, the teacher can continue to communicate with MYAITA.ORG Team Representative for continued support and resolve any issues or queries promptly ensuring efficiency.
7. Happy Student: MYAITA.ORG will reduce time required with logistics and allow educators to focus on what truly matter: inspiring and engaging students!
8. High-quality service: Teachers may rely on 'MY A.I. Teacher Aide' as their reliable partner in providing prompt and comprehensive assistance throughout the school year in all aspects of their work.

School Advantages

If we can save each teacher atleast 1-hour of work per week, that amounts to 36 hours in a school year OR 360 hours for every school with 10 teachers that can be dedicated to these teachers and students! Here are some potential advantages:
1. Reduced teacher workload: Teachers often face heavy workloads, including lesson planning, grading assignments, and administrative tasks. Saving hours can help alleviate some of the workload burden and contribute to improved teacher well-being and job satisfaction.
2. Improved work-life balance: Saving hours for teachers can contribute to a better work-life balance. Teachers can have more time for personal and family commitments, leading to reduced stress levels and increased job satisfaction. This, in turn, can positively impact teacher retention rates.
3. Increased individualized attention: With more time available, teachers can provide personalized support to students who may require additional help or enrichment. This can lead to improved student engagement, motivation, and academic progress.
4. Enhanced student-teacher relationships: Having saved hours allows teachers to build stronger relationships with their students. Teachers can invest more time in getting to know their students, understanding their unique needs and strengths, and fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment.
5. Implementation of innovative teaching methods: The extra time can be utilized for exploring and implementing innovative teaching approaches and educational technologies. Teachers can experiment with new instructional methods, integrate digital tools, and adapt their teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning styles of their students.
6. Enhanced communication with parents: Additional time allows teachers to establish better communication channels with parents or guardians. Teachers can schedule regular meetings, provide more detailed feedback on student progress, and address any concerns or questions parents may have. This partnership between home and school can positively impact student success.
